Warranty Information

ECD Lacrosse offers a warranty on all products. All ECD products purchased through String It Up are covered by warranty. ECD "No Worries Warranty" Varies Between shafts, Some Shafts but not all are covered by a 6 month warranty. To see how long your your shafts warranty is contact String it up at 1-800-615-8532. ECD will replace unusable or broken products (or provide a replacement of equal value) that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within the warranty period. Original proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a claim. Once the claim has been received, a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps you will need to take. Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use. The Focus Power was created for players who love the feel of an alloy shaft but need more durability. ECD increased the wall thickness and added 20 grams compared to the original Focus, creating a stronger shaft designed to handle more physical play.
