 White Bronze strings by GHS are one of the few string sets especially formulated for acoustic/electric guitars. Wound with Alloy 52, the White Bronze strings are more magnetically active than either 80/20 or phosphor bronze, making them a superior choice for acoustic guitars with magnetic sound hole pickups. They are not as bright as 80/20's but not as dark as P/B's, and provide a nice middle ground for transducer style bridge saddle pickups.
As an added bonus, Alloy 52 does not tarnish as easily and so gives the White Bronze a longer string life.
