DR Zebra Acoustic-Electric Guitar Strings
  ![DR Zebra Acoustic-Electric Guitar Strings]() ZEBRA strings came about from DR's efforts to create strings that wound improve acoustic sounds as well as electric sounds of all acoustic/electric guitars. ZEBRA strings are wound with phosphor bronze plated steel wire side-by-side with 8% nickel plated steel wire. The phosphor bronze amplifies acoustic tones while the nickel plated steel is designed to increase the response of a piezo pickup in the bridge, or a magnetic pickup mounted in the soundhole. Full size archtop jazz guitars respond well to "ZEBRA'S" with richer tones. Gauges:
