The PURE BLUES series by DR Strings uses old style construction to improve modern performance. PURE BLUES strings are handmade with pure nickel windings upon round cores. While this is a slower, more expensive method of stringmaking, it produces a string acclaimed for increased sustain and vintage tone for either rhythm or lead.
