StringItUp! is located in the Central Time Zone of the United States of America.  Orders for in-stock merchandise received before noon (GMT - 6) will be shipped the same day. Orders received between noon on Friday and noon on Monday will be shipped on Monday.

Customs and Taxes: Any customs duties, sales taxes, value added taxes, or any other charges that may be incurred due to our shipment to your country are your sole responsibility.  StringItUp! does not provide estimates for whatever extra fees your government may add to your order.

Delivery time is dependent upon the postal service in your country.
Total shipping weight may not exceed 4 pounds (1.81 kg).
Packages are not insured.
Tracking is not available.

If your package is lost using this shipping method, StringItUp! will not refund your money NOR replace the shipment.

If your package is lost using this shipping method, StringItUp! will begin tracing procedures.  If your package is not found by the respective Postal Services by tracing, StringItUp! will either refund your money or replace the shipment, at our discretion.
